Street Passages: A Modern Romance
Description
This 12-projector, 3- screen installation, produced by the NFB, was made in 1980, using what was then state-of-the-art audio-visual technology. The voiceover narrative was intended as a mildly ironic take on relationships and art-making in the midst of urban overload. The only way of recording the show at that time was by shooting it on large-format video as it was projected, so the image quality isn't very good. But still, worth conserving I think.
